We recommend ordering a 6"x6" (unbound) sample prior to placing a custom rug order. This will allow you to see the exact color, thickness, and quality of the rug before committing to a full-size custom order, helping to reduce the likelihood of returns.

It's important to note that computer monitors, phones, and iPads may not accurately represent the true color of the rug when viewed on these devices. The only way to get an accurate visualization is to see the rug in person.

Due to standard size limitations, some rugs may need to be folded to meet the carriers' required dimensions. This may result in minor creasing when the rug is first received. However, these creases will diminish over time once the rug is unfolded and laid flat in the desired location.
